On these pages you can find information about the assistance our Consular staff can offer, and advice and information for British Nationals visiting or living in Belarus to help you make your stay as enjoyable and trouble-free as possible.
In order to provide an efficient service to all of our customers, please note that routine consular services are available by appointment only.
In order to make an appointment please send an e-mail to: consular.enquiriesminsk@fco.gov.uk stating the service you require. Please include your contact details so that the Consular Section can reply with your appointment time, or contact you for further information if necessary.
Please note that some services are subject to Embassy staff availability, so please get in touch with us about appointment dates at an early stage.
If you require urgent consular assistance during office hours (Mon-Thurs: 09.00-13.00/14.00-17.30, Fri: 09.00-15.00) please contact the consular section by phone on +375 17 2298200.
If you require urgent consular assistance outside of office hours, you should call +44 (0) 207 008 3353 /54.
