Working with Belarus
The UK is a leading member of the European Union. The 27 member states of the EU work together on issues of common interest, where collective and co-ordinated initiatives can be more effective than individual state action. UK relations with Belarus are conducted within the framework of the EU Common Position towards Belarus.
