In June 2009, two members of Belarusian Central Electoral Commitee, Nadezhda Kiseleva and Natalia Bushnaya, took part in the election observation mission in the UK. As guests of North Hertfordshire District Council, they observed the electoral process during both European Elections and local Council elections.
